Global settings are global to the plugin and work across all profiles and pages.

The Global Settings action does not need to be loaded for the settings to be active; you can load the action to a button when you need to change something, make the change, and then delete the action from the button.

The global settings are stored in a separate store (from the profile) and will NOT be part of a profile export or Stream Deck backup.
